The clinical appointments required to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of memory are lengthy [3-5 + hours] and will vary depending on the client's medical history and clinical symptoms. As such, these appointments cannot be re-scheduled with another client on short notice. It is important that you keep your scheduled appointment unless there are exceptional circumstances. A 72-hour Notice-of-Cancellation is required.
