Given the comprehensive nature of a neuropsychological evaluation, it is necessary to schedule lengthy clinic appointments. These appointments are exclusively reserved for the client. As such, it is not logistically feasible to schedule an alternate client on short notice.

A 72-hour notice of cancellation is required. A Cancellation Fee [$600] will be charged for each appointment that is cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, without good and verifiable reason.
